NOW HIRING: Back of House Shift Lead

Do you have a passion for serving people? A leadership opportunity as a Kitchen Shift Lead at The Fountain on Locust will give you the opportunity to help us serve customers and to serve and support our Kitchen team to success.

The ideal person for this role will learn all roles in the Back of House - prep, dish, hotline, cold line, and catering - will complete our kitchen training program, and will be able to confidently lead the kitchen during their shifts. This person will act as a floating support and manager during shifts as a shift leader and will be expected to hold employees to our high standards for service and quality while supporting them to ensure they can be successful.

Pay starts at $16-$18/hour commensurate with experience. Pay increases will be given as additional skills are learned through training. Tremendous growth potential for any candidates who come on board, lead by example and contribute to the success of the company, and who help enforce a positive company culture. 

Paid time off is available, accrues from day 1 and can be taken at 1 year of employment. 

Preference given to candidates with ServSafe Certification.
