Long ago in a small Retro Cafe on Locust Street, the amazingly creative Joy Grdnic combined two of life's greatest pleasures: Ice Cream and Booze! Not a day goes by that we don't thank her silently while sipping one of these deliciously satisfying drinks. Now, 15 years later we are revitalizing The Ice Cream Martini Club in celebration of the tastiest treats around!

The Fountain on Locust is the best place to celebrate National Ice Cream Day in 2023! Did you know that we have President Reagan to thank for National Ice Cream Day? That’s right, he signed a resolution on July 9, 1984 proclaiming National Ice Cream Day would fall on the third Sunday of July. He knew, like all of us here at The Fountain on Locust, that Ice Cream is cause for celebration!
